How to Return an Item
- 1. Contact Us: Email hello@daamsco.com with your order number and reason for return
- 2. Get Authorization: We'll provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return label
- 3. Package Items: Securely pack items with all original packaging and tags
- 4. Ship Return: Attach the return label and drop off at any authorized carrier location
- 5. Receive Refund: Once received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get your preferred item as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@daamsco.com with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund including original shipping charges.
